Sarah Carter

Sarah Carter has vast experience in project management, systems engineering, and cyber & network security. Sarah currently holds the title of President at Gnostech, LLC, where Sarah manages multiple contracts and task orders. Prior to that, Sarah served as Vice President, contributing to the company's successful track record in providing technical and engineering services to the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Before joining Gnostech, Sarah worked as a Project Manager & Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the US Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.
