Rui Wang

Rui Wang has a strong background in software engineering and research. Starting in 2013, Rui worked as a Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they conducted studies on distributed transmit beamforming, wireless power transfer, and consensus synchronization in wireless networks. In 2018, Rui joined GNS Healthcare as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing machine learning software for the healthcare industry. They later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer, providing leadership in the development, support, and maintenance of GNS' modeling platform and web apps. Throughout their work experience, Rui has demonstrated expertise in algorithms, web development, and stakeholder engagement.

Rui Wang's education history starts with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Rui Wang pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing it in 2013. Later, from 2013 to 2018, Rui Wang continued their education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Additionally, in August 2012, Rui Wang obtained a Certificate of Completion from the National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research.
