Enio Gualandris

Enio Gualandris has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Enio currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gnutti Carlo Group, a global leader in automotive components production. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources & Organization Director at Fiera Milano SpA, the Italian leader in exhibition and congress management. Enio was also the Group Human Resources Director at RadiciGroup, a prominent chemicals company, and at Cannon Group, a multinational manufacturing and engineering group. Earlier in their career, Gualandris held human resources positions at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, CNH, EPTA GROUP, PerkinElmer, SAES Getters, and Banca Popolare Bergamo - Credito Varesino. Their experience spans various industries, including automotive, chemicals, manufacturing, and finance. Throughout their career, Gualandris has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in supporting business operations through effective human resources strategies.

Enio Gualandris completed an MBA in Human Resources/Organization from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Political Sciences with a focus on Political Sciences & Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1987 to 1992.
