Kristi Papenfuss

Kristi Papenfuss is an experienced education and program consultant currently serving as a Local Area Representative at Go Au Pair since December 2021, where responsibilities include supporting host families and international Au Pairs while ensuring compliance with State Department regulations. Additionally, Kristi has been a Cadre Consultant with Innovative Quality Schools since August 2017, focusing on school governance and performance indicators. Former roles include Founding Teacher Leader at Acorn Montessori, where Kristi developed a trilingual Montessori charter school, and various positions in educational consulting, curriculum development, and bilingual support across several institutions. Kristi holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Public Policy, from the University of Minnesota, as well as a K-12 teaching license in World Languages and Cultures from the University of St. Thomas.
