Branislav Nikolic

Branislav Nikolic has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2015, they co-founded AYO by Novalogy, a company that focuses on wearable light therapy to improve energy and sleep. Branislav served as the CEO of the company. In 2020, Branislav became a council member at Good Light Group. In 2018, they became a SleepTech Council Member at the National Sleep Foundation and a Member at World Sleep Society (WSS). Branislav also joined Endeavor as an Endeavor Entrepreneur, which is a global movement supporting high impact entrepreneurs. In 2014, Branislav was a part of the Kairos Society as a Global Fellow, which empowers young pioneers in entrepreneurship and innovation. Branislav was also a European Institute of Innovation and Technology – SME Alumni at EIT Digital, an organization driving Europe's digital transformation. Previously, they were involved with AYES (UMPS) as the Director of International Partnerships, where they promoted entrepreneurship in Serbia. Additionally, they co-founded Warranty Vault, a software solution for consumers and manufacturers to prevent product returns, and held a role at RSM STAR, the largest student ruled study association in Europe.

Branislav Nikolic has a diverse education history in the field of entrepreneurship and business. In 2007, they attended Megatrend University, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering and graduated in 2011 as a Graduate economist. In 2012, they enrolled in the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Entrepreneurship and New Business Venturing in 2013. In the same year, they also joined the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship and became a Get Business and Get Started Alumni until 2015.

Throughout their career, Nikolic also actively pursued executive education programs and boot camps to enhance their entrepreneurial skills. In 2014, they attended the Entrepreneurship Master Class at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Branislav also participated in the Health Tech Boot camp in Silicon Valley, focusing on entrepreneurship, during the same year. Finally, in 2019, they enrolled in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, specializing in Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures.
