Eric Stradley

Eric Stradley currently serves as President, Chief Operating Officer, and previously as Vice President - Strategy & Growth at Caribou since November 2019. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Uber from April 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities encompassed brand marketing and operations management across the U.S. and Canada. Earlier, Eric held the position of Associate Economist at Welch Consulting and contributed to labor market analyses, while also working as a Rhodes Student Associate at Rhodes College, where data analysis projects informed college administration. An initial research project as a Hollings Research Fellow at the National Marine Fishery Service focused on the impact of environmental restrictions on agricultural employment. Eric Stradley holds a BA in Math and Economics from Rhodes College, completed in 2011.
