Akhil Suhas Vallabhaneni

Akhil Suhas Vallabhaneni has diverse work experience in various industries. In 2010, they served as the Photography Director of Rising Sun Magazine at Sarala Birla Academy, where they organized and assigned tasks to photography students for documenting cultural and sporting activities. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Photographer for Akhil Suhas Photography, collaborating with brands like Tourism New Zealand and Mode Rentals. Akhil Suhas created content for their social media platforms, and their work was featured by The Guardian, Daily Mail, Lonely Planet, and Buzzfeed. During this time, they also served as a Committee Member for the University of Auckland Photography Society, participating in decision-making and managing events. In 2014, they interned at Wealth Managers United Pvt. Ltd. as a Summer Intern. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Loan Manager at Go Car Finance, where they managed loan accounts, analyzed clients' financial statements, negotiated payment arrangements, and ensured compliance with relevant regulations. Akhil Suhas'smost recent position is Head of Operations at GO DESi since 2018, where they strive to make DESi products relevant and accessible to Gen Z customers, reinvigorating the "desi foods" category and expanding its reach.

From 2006 to 2013, Akhil Suhas Vallabhaneni attended Sarala Birla Academy where they completed the International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma Programme). Following this, from 2013 to 2016, they studied at The University of Auckland, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Finance.
