Ayushi Mazumdar

Ayushi Mazumdar is a skilled professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as Product Lead at GO DESi since November 2022, Ayushi focuses on developing third-party product strategies and onboarding suppliers. Previously, as a Food Technologist, Ayushi managed key projects related to essential food products while conducting in-depth market research and cost analysis. Prior experience includes internships at the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology and the Food Regulation and Compliance Centre, as well as a role in Laboratory Medicine at Max Healthcare, where Ayushi worked with human samples. Ayushi holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Lovely Professional University and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science with a focus on Virology and Immunology from Amity University.
