Claudia Maurer Formery

Claudia Maurer Formery is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Electra since May 2023. Prior to this role, Claudia held various positions at Jumia Group from June 2019 to April 2023, including VP Marketing, where responsibilities included leading a 30-person team across 10 African countries and managing key promotional campaigns such as Black Friday. Claudia also served as Group Head of Marketing Campaigns at Jumia Group, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Amazon from July 2016 to June 2019, where Claudia managed marketing and business development for Amazon Prime Now, and roles at L'Oréal and Ambre & Louise. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master's in Marketing and Strategy from Universidad La Salle.
