Vincent Gaillard is the current advisor at Electra. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for RFF from January 2013 to December 2015. Vincent was responsible for negotiating and completing the financial structuring of the merger between Réseau Ferré de France and the infrastructure division of SNCF (creation of SNCF Réseau), designed the consolidated finance function post-merger, and managed the financial communication associated to the railway reform (international roadshows, launch of the inaugural SNCF Réseau debt issue). From January 2012 to December 2013, they served as the Finance & treasury director and member of the steering committee for RFF. In this role, they managed the finance and treasury functions (30 people) and elaborated with the executive management the business plan of a consolidated infrastructure company (prefiguring SNCF Réseau). Prior to that, they worked as the Finance & cash management manager for RFF from January 2007 to December 2012. Vincent also served as the Head of financial market operations for Réseau ferré de france from January 2002 to December 2006. Vincent's earliest role was that of a Money market trader for Réseau ferré de france from January 2000 to December 2002.
Vincent Gaillard has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Fort-Worth, USA from the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business as well as a Master de management from Dijon, France from the Burgundy School of Business.
