Shannon Henry has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting from 2004, Shannon worked at Autocar where they held various positions including Sales/Marketing Development Manager, Quality Supervisor, Engineering Technician, Quality Specialist, and Production/Materials. Their responsibilities included analytics, market share analysis, dealer performance evaluation, quality assurance, and materials management. In 2013, Shannon joined ABC Companies as General Manager for the Transit Bus Parts Division and later transitioned to the role of Business Development & Market Analyst. They were responsible for managing a team, maximizing revenue and margin, and analyzing market trends. In 2016, Shannon joined DD DANNAR, LLC as Operations & Program Manager, where they contributed to the operational efficiency of the company. Presently, Shannon holds the position of Director of Operations at Go Electric Inc., where they lead manufacturing performance, talent development, and operational excellence efforts. They focus on driving safety, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction while refining performance metrics and communicating progress.

Shannon Henry holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which was completed between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, Shannon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Indiana University East. Additionally, Shannon has an Associate's degree in General Studies and Manufacturing & Industrial Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
