Evaldas Pamakstis has had a varied work experience since 1994. Evaldas began as an Analyst Programmer at Informacines Technologijos, UAB and then moved to Key Account Manager at Teo in 1997. In 2005, they became a Key Account Manager at Sybase Solutions, UAB. After two years, they moved to Omnitel as a Product Manager. In 2013, they returned to Teo as a Project Manager, and in 2016 they became a Project Manager at LRTC. In 2018, they became a Senior Project Manager at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, where they developed training material and delivered training in the areas of project management, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, program management, portfolio management, and agile methodology. Evaldas also developed, maintained and implemented the Standard of the Strategic Projects Management in the institutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2019, they became Head of Risk Management at SE Turto bankas, and in 2021 they became Head of PMO at GO-ERP and Export Project Manager at worksober.com, where they developed Worksober.com partners network worldwide.
Evaldas Pamakstis received a Program completion certificate in IT/IP Business Competence Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2009. Evaldas obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University between 1990 and 1995, and an Undergraduate Exchange Program diploma from Illinois Wesleyan University between 1993 and 1994. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
