Leigh Cockrum

Leigh Cockrum serves as the Office Manager and HR Advisor at Go Forward Pine Bluff since July 2017, demonstrating a strong background in human resources. Previously, Leigh held the position of HR Manager at Simmons Bank from December 1997 to March 2017, managing employee relations, compliance, affirmative action plans, coaching, training, recruiting, and job descriptions.
