This team focuses on recruiting recent college graduates for the GO Fellowship program, ensuring that the program is staffed with highly qualified individuals capable of delivering personalized instruction. They manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires, while also developing strategic initiatives to meet the organization's staffing needs across its various locations in Newark, NJ, Bridgeport, CT, New York, NY, and Washington D.C.
