Gabriela González Henríquez has a diverse work experience starting from being a Practicante at the Laboratorio de Biotecnologia y Microbiología Oral, UNAB in 2011. Gabriela then moved on to work at the Centro de Biología Molecular Vegetal, Universidad de Chile as a Tesista de Ingeniería en Biotecnología and Tesista de Magister en Biotecnología from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they became a Co-founder at Platech and later took on the role of Gerente de Marketing until 2019. Currently, they are the Fruselva America R&D Director at Global Fruselva, where they lead and manages a team to drive innovation and product development within the food industry. Their responsibilities include developing and executing R&D strategies, conducting market research, and staying updated on consumer preferences and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry.
Gabriela González Henríquez holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Universidad Andres Bello, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. Gabriela further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology, specifically in the field of Biotecnología, from 2014 to 2015.
