Dr Linda Swan

Dr. Linda Swan serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Go Gentle Australia since October 2022, while also holding the position of Non Executive Director at the Australian College of Sports and Exercise Physicians since June 2018. Previously, Dr. Swan chaired the Medical Effectiveness & High-cost Drugs Expert Panel at the International Federation of Health Plans from November 2021 to November 2022 and was the Chief Medical Officer at Medibank from June 2015 to November 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Healthways Australia from November 2011 to May 2015, and Director of Client Services & Operations for the National Medicines Policy Committee from December 2008 to May 2012. Dr. Swan has held various medical leadership roles at Alere, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and MSD, and has a Graduate Certificate in Health Policy and an MBBS from the University of Sydney, as well as involvement with the Australian Institute of Company Directors since February 2017.
