Anna Kotecka

Anna Kotecka is an experienced professional in the postal and logistics sector, currently serving as Head of Postal Services at Go Inspire Group, a Xerox Company, since April 2018, and as a Member of the Royal Mail Strategic Mailing Partnership (MPAG) since July 2023. Previous roles include Postal Co-ordinator at GI Solutions Group and Royal Mail, where Anna was responsible for ensuring service quality, managing postal and logistics suppliers, and analyzing performance reports to meet KPIs. Anna began their career as a Postal Administrator at Orion PU Sp. z o.o, where responsibilities included international customer relations and order management. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistic Studies from the Philological School of Higher Education in Wroclaw and a Master's degree in Logistics from the College of Management Poland.
