Ian Adiwibowo

Ian Adiwibowo is a Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager at Gojek, overseeing the Transport product group and managing a team of 15 engineers since February 2021. Prior to Gojek, Ian worked at Bukalapak in various roles, including Engineering Manager and Squad Lead, where significant achievements included maintaining an exceptional Monthly Squad Incident Rate and leading the development of the "Belanja Grosir" feature for the Mitra Bukalapak initiative. Ian also co-founded a digital agency, MŪLA Creative, and held several positions at Colliers International, including System Analyst Manager and Assistant Manager, contributing to various technology and facilities management projects. Their educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
