Theresa Rongonui serves as the Advisory Board Chair for Go Media NZ, focusing on business strategy and upholding Te Ao Māori and Human Resources. Additionally, Theresa is a member of the National Advisory Council for the Employment of Women, providing insights on equitable workplace practices in New Zealand. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Organisational Development at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, Chairperson of the Women's Advisory Group at ConCOVE Tūhura, and involvement in the Māori Employment Action Plan Reference Group. Theresa has extensive experience as a Principal Consultant with Skills Consulting Group and has held managerial roles in youth health at Waitemata District Health Board. Educational qualifications include a degree in Education and Māori Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington and completion of the EY Darden Executive Programme at the University of Virginia.
