Kyle Lacy

Kyle Lacy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kyle started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at ManpowerGroup - Experis in May 2015 and ended in November 2016. At 3Q Digital, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from November 2016 to March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Operations at Go Nimbly since April 2022. Before that, they were the Head of People Operations at Go Nimbly from March 2020 to April 2022.

Kyle Lacy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they completed a Professional in Human Resource Certificate program at DePaul University in 2017. In 2010 and 2011, they studied Neuroscience at Baylor University. Kyle Lacy also achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in February 2021.
