Stephen McBride has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the areas of customer success, operations, and Salesforce automation. Stephen is currently working as a RevOps Delivery Director at Go Nimbly since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at HubSpot as a Senior Manager and Manager of the Customer Success Team, as well as a Technical Program Manager.
Stephen also has experience at Go Nimbly as a Director of Salesforce Automation and at Grovo as a Customer Operations Manager. Stephen began their career at HubSpot, initially as a Product Expert and later as a Senior Product Expert and Business Systems Analyst. Before that, they worked at Bluewolf as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce solutions.
Stephen also has experience in marketing and as a Resident Assistant at Northeastern University. Additionally, they served as a Team Leader and Corps Member at Jumpstart.
Stephen McBride attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science & Economics.
