Chad Alder

Chad Alder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of Product at Go North Group since November 2024, Chad is responsible for developing a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Previously, Chad was the Director of Ecommerce Product Launch & Channel Expansion at Thrasio, where insights led to a 63% increase in product success and a 75% reduction in input errors through process re-engineering. As Creative Director at Infinite Commerce, Chad established and expanded the Creative Department, significantly improving project workflows and asset management. Early in the career at Beacon Day School, Chad coordinated behavioral intervention initiatives and trained staff on critical analytical techniques.
