Marcin Nowak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcin began their career at Cyclone Manufacturing as an intern in 2015, followed by an internship at EY in the Audit Team later that year. In 2016, they worked as an intern in the Infrastructure Finance Department at ING, where they managed projects and contributed to project analysis and credit risk assessment.

In 2016, Marcin joined Lokalmedia Sp. z o.o as a Sales Representative, where they successfully acquired and built relationships with over 30 B2B clients. Marcin was also involved in creating marketing campaigns throughout Poland.

In 2022, Marcin joined Razor Group as a Brand Manager, overseeing commercial and brand operations. Marcin then moved to Go North Group as a Brand Acquisition Project Lead later that year.
