Karen Clark

Karen Clark is an experienced professional with a solid background in human resources, industrial relations, and operational management. As the General Manager of Shared Services at Go Marine Group since March 2010, Karen provides strategic leadership across HR, industrial relations, crewing, payroll, and employee relations, focusing on innovative strategies that support organizational goals. Previous roles include Group Executive HR/IR and Administration Director at Trident Australasia, where Karen managed employee and industrial relations policies, and Personnel Director/Group Operations Manager at Total Marine Services, overseeing HR processes and operational delivery. With a career beginning in the Royal Australian Air Force, Karen also held various strategic and operational roles contributing to military operations and logistics. Karen’s educational background includes a degree from Monash University, completed between 1987 and 1992.
