Thoughtful...Relational...Resourceful & Dynamic, Kim Watts has a team of people that she has worked with for over 20 years that can find solutions to your needs. Whether your company is in crisis, poised for spectacular growth and everything in between, we will diagnose what barriers you face using our proprietary checklist and questionnaire. A customized intervention will be created with stakeholder's feedback and implemented with the buy-in of your team.
That is what ALL consultants do, isn't it? Well, to some extent. The buy-in happens when the team helps create it and share in the common goals. In the collaborative effort between Go Raise the BAR and you, we go back and CHECK THE DATA and will work on it until goals are reached or re-assess until we find the right solution.
I encourage you to vet many resources for the health of your company and ask all of the hard questions. Then set up a 30 minute discovery call with Kim Watts and watch your company go to new heights with employees that never want to leave. 719-960-7032 or sign up through the service tab on our website. Looking forward to help you create your best work environment and look forward to going to work every day.
