Sylvain Roy

Sylvain Roy has worked in various roles throughout their career. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Internal Consultant at Callander Bay Dental Centre. Sylvain then worked as the responsible agent for attendance and well-being of staff members at Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they joined L'Alliance des caisses populaires de l'Ontario as an HR Advisor from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Sylvain became a Senior HR Consultant at Germico, where they supervised staff, built relationships with clients, and led business development and project deployment. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an HR Consultant at Construction Virtuelle et Technologie BIM One Inc. In 2017, Sylvain began their CEO role at Go RH, where they simplified human resource processes for businesses and provided outsourcing services. Finally, since 2010, they have also been the CEO of Folks, overseeing all operations, acting as a product manager, responsible for corporate partnerships, and serving as an HR specialist for clients.

Sylvain Roy pursued their education at the Université de Sherbrooke, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organizational Change from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Intervention and Organizational Change, specializing in Human Resources and Management.
