In 2010, Mathew took on the role of Finance Manager at GoSolar. Finally, Mathew progressed to become the Chief Executive Officer of GoSolar in 2014. Mathew Haleinge P. began their education journey in 1996 at the University of Namibia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting degree. In 1999, they transferred to the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika to study Investment, Financing & Working Management Capital, completing this program in 2000.

Continuing their education, Mathew enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika once again in 2000, this time studying Financial Management, with a specialization in Finance & Investment Management. Mathew Haleinge completed this degree in 2001.

In 2016, Mathew attended the University of the Witwatersrand for the Management Development Programme, with a focus on Project Management.

Currently, Mathew is pursuing an MBA at the Wits Business School, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Mathew Haleinge began their studies in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2024.
