Peter Worley is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in energy technologies and policy analysis. Currently co-leading the Distributed Energy Resources team at Go Sustainable Energy, LLC since October 2019, Peter assists clients in navigating renewable energy, microgrids, and energy storage projects. Previous roles include serving as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Berkeley Lab, where Peter conducted thorough literature reviews and developed frameworks for evaluating Advanced Distribution Management Systems, and as a Policy Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on the economics of decarbonizing residential energy use in California. Earlier experience at Go Sustainable Energy included co-authoring policy briefs on state energy policies and creating rebate programs for municipal utilities. Peter holds a Master of Science in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Philosophy from The Ohio State University.
