Dan Johns

Dan Johns has a strong background in technology and infrastructure support. Dan has experience working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Teleport, where they collaborate with customers on product demonstrations, deployment, and troubleshooting. Prior to Teleport, they worked at Fetch Rewards as an InfoSec Technical Lead, where they focused on turning retail and restaurant receipts into savings for customers. Dan also served as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), working closely with customers to plan, debug, and oversee the operations of business critical applications. Additionally, Dan has experience as a Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, Inc., an Enterprise Support Engineer at Rackspace, a Systems Engineer at Cerner Corporation, and a Linux Administrator at Mojohost. Dan began their career as a Technology and IT Intern at Chippewa River District Library and later worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at the College of Health Professions at Central Michigan University.

Dan Johns received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Central Michigan University, graduating in 2013.
