Francesco Garofalo

Francesco Garofalo is a Software Engineer specializing in growth, currently working at Teleport since January 2024. As a Co-Founder of Volo, which launched in 2023, Francesco has led the creation of an innovative flight deals platform by developing an efficient scraping infrastructure using AWS Lambda and residential proxies, achieving significant cost savings. Prior to Volo, Francesco worked at Wish as a Software Engineer focused on infrastructure, enhancing security solutions and improving CI/CD processes. Francesco's experience also includes positions in M&A at Focus Financial Partners and roles in fixed income and client operations at Eaton Vance and Wells Fargo Asset Management, respectively. Francesco holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, awarded in 2015.
