Philip Purdue

Philip Purdue has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the software industry. Philip started their career as a Software Developer at Ericsson in 2000. After that, they worked as a Microsoft Developer Support at Sitel Ireland from 2002 to 2004.

Philip then joined Cúram Software in 2004, where they held multiple roles including Senior Support Engineer, Senior Technical Consultant, and Senior Upgrade Consultant. In these positions, they provided technical coaching and mentoring, assisted in product development, and led customer upgrade projects.

In 2012, Philip joined IBM as a Principal Support Engineer, where they worked on problem management and provided support to customers. Philip later transitioned into the role of Client Solution Architect, where they acted as a product expert and conducted presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients across EMEA.

Most recently, Philip joined Teleport in 2021 as a Senior Solutions Engineer. In this role, they partner with EMEA sales representatives and matches customer business requirements to Teleport's product features, provides technical overviews and demonstrations to prospective customers, and aids in opportunity qualification.

Philip Purdue completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin from 1996 to 2000.
