Tommy Young

Tommy Young has a diverse range of work experience in the recruiting field. Tommy began their career at International Programming & Systems, Inc. in 2013 as a Recruiter and continued in that role until 2015. Tommy then joined Renesas Electronics America as a Talent Acquisition specialist and worked there from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Tommy worked as a Recruiter at The Health Trust before transitioning to Google as a Technical Sourcer from 2017 to 2018. Tommy then joined Kong Inc. as a Technical Recruiter in 2018 and was later promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter in 2020. Most recently, Tommy has been working at Teleport, where they started as a Recruiting Manager in 2020 and is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting.

Tommy Young attended Irvington High School from 2005 to 2009. Tommy then enrolled at the University of California, Davis, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2013.
