MSP Manager at Go West

Helen Hadji has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Helen'smost recent role was as an MSP Manager at Go West IT, which they started in June 2022. In 2011, Helen joined Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis as an IT Specialist, where they were responsible for managing the Denver office's IT infrastructure and handling the technical needs of the users.

The earliest position in Helen's career was as an IT Manager and Marketing Manager at Hadji and Associates, Inc. from 2003 to 2011. Helen'sresponsibilities in this role included overseeing the company's Microsoft IT infrastructure, maintaining vendor relationships, and providing user technical support.

Helen Hadji earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In the same year, they completed a Mental Health First Aid Certification program at Mental Health First Aid Colorado. Prior to their college education, Helen earned a High School Degree from Cherry Creek High School, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Helen has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the ITIL Foundations 2011 certification offered by AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2019, they obtained the NSE 3 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they completed the ITIL v4 Foundation and ITIL v4 Create, Deliver and Support certifications, respectively, all from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
