Archana Muralidhar

Archana Muralidhar has a diverse work experience in the areas of talent branding, marketing, and client strategies. Archana started their career at Pentagon Communications as an Account Manager handling clients in various industries. Archana then joined TMP Worldwide, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Client Strategies and India Relations, Employer and Talent Brand Strategist & Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. During their time at TMP, they led teams in developing employer brands, media strategies, and communication plans, while also driving revenue growth. Archana also worked as a Brand and Marketing Consultant at LXL Ideas, where they focused on digital marketing and brand building. Archana later joined Veeam Software as an Employer and Talent Brand Consultant, providing strategies to increase brand awareness and aid hiring efforts. Most recently, they worked at Ally.io as a Talent Branding Specialist, contributing to the goal management and business execution platform. Currently, Archana is the Employer and Talent Branding Lead / Employee Experience at Yubi.

Archana Muralidhar holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Birla Institute of Management, Bangalore, which they received from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com degree from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore from 2000 to 2003. Archana also holds additional certifications in digital marketing recognition from The Open University and employer branding from hirist.com, which they obtained in 2020.
