Ruchi Maheshwari

Ruchi Maheshwari has extensive experience in the finance industry. Ruchi currently serves as the Vice President at Yubi, a Fintech-based Corporate Debt Marketplace. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant, focusing on Debt, Private Equity, Structured Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions in the Renewable Energy sector. Ruchi has also held positions at SunEdison, IL&FS Financial Services Ltd (IFIN), ICICI Bank, JSW Steel Ltd, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, and Khimji Kunverji & Co. Throughout their career, Ruchi has managed various aspects of debt syndication, equity mergers and acquisitions, project finance, working capital, and accounting. Ruchi has built and maintained relationships with banks, non-banking financial companies, and legal consultants, and has led teams in their roles.

Ruchi Maheshwari earned a B. Com degree in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati University between 1994 and 1997. Ruchi also completed their 12th grade in Accounts Finance from Gov. Girls Sr. Sec. School in Bijinagar in 1994. Ruchi Maheshwari holds a CPA degree in Accounts from Colorado State University, a Chartered Accountant degree in Account, Finance, and Law from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a CS degree in Company Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In addition to their formal education, Ruchi Maheshwari obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in July 2022.
