Vaidyanathan Mahadevan

Vaidyanathan Mahadevan currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Yubi, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Vaidyanathan was the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd from March 2015 to June 2025. Vaidyanathan's educational background includes a Cost Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, both completed between January 1990 and January 1993.
