Anjali Kayal

Anjali Kayal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, Anjali worked as a Research Intern at the University of Colorado Medical School, where they conducted experiments and analyzed data related to the effects of a prescription drug on the immune system. In 2012, they interned at Action India, gaining valuable experience in an international organization. Anjali also worked as a Manager at Media Services Wellesley College, handling audio-visual technology for lectures and events on campus.

In 2014, Anjali joined Oracle as a Business Intelligence Sales and Market Development Representative. In this role, they utilized their strategic and consultative skills to help mid-market corporations understand and utilize their data effectively. Anjali also mentored new hires and contributed to the improvement of training programs. Anjali achieved impressive quota attainment during their time at Oracle.

Anjali then transitioned to L.E.K. Consulting in 2015, where they held various roles including Associate, Senior Associate Consultant, and Consultant. Anjali was responsible for analyzing complex business issues and providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Anjali excelled in managing analytical and research modules, as well as conducting detailed data analysis.

In 2019, Anjali joined Skillsoft as a Corporate Development & Strategy Manager, and later became the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Anjali was promoted to Senior Director in 2021, and their responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and corporate development projects.

Currently, Anjali is working at Go1, where they hold the role of VP, Corporate Development. Anjali has also served as the VP of Integration & Transformation and the interim VP of Strategic Finance.

Throughout their career, Anjali has demonstrated strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and mentor others.

Anjali Kayal obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Wellesley College in the years 2010-2014. Subsequently, they earned a Master's Degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in the years 2016-2018. In addition, they obtained various certifications in Data Science, such as Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, Regression Models, Reproducible Research, Statistical Inference, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera Verified Certificates in the year 2015.
