Melinda Potente

Melinda Potente is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Go1 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Melinda was a Senior Customer Success Manager and an Account Executive for the Tech for Social Impact team at Microsoft, where contributions included supporting nonprofit customers in leveraging Microsoft technology for their social initiatives. Melinda’s tenure at Microsoft also included a position as a Digital Sales Representative focused on the Azure cloud platform for SMB organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as a 2IC Team Leader and Senior Learning Consultant at SEEK Learning, as well as a Marketing Coordinator at Vento Australasia. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from the University of Technology Sydney, along with an international exchange degree from Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.
