Milica Radojević

Milica Radojević has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Milica is currently the Director of Strategic People Partnering at Go1 since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Blinkist as the Head of People & Talent and the Head of Talent Acquisition. Milica'sresponsibilities at Blinkist included introducing competency-based hiring and creating a self-service hiring model. Milica also served as a People Development Partner at Blinkist. Before joining Blinkist, Milica worked at Nordeus as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist. Additionally, they have previous experience as an HR Intern at EY and as a Leadership Trainee at AmCham Serbia. Milica also served as a Mentor at HR Kutak.

Milica Radojević obtained a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management from the University of Belgrade, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Belgrade, with studies taking place from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an Emerging Leadership Fellowship from Junto in 2022, a Strategic HR Metrics certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2020, a Coaching Certification from The Autoris Institute in 2019, and an HR Analytics Leader certification from AIHR Academy in 2019.
