Javi Joseph has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2002 as a Radio DJ for Rock Radio Cafe (106.3FM). In 2005, they joined APAC Customer Services as a Customer Service Representative, Senior Trainer, and Corporate Quality Analyst. In 2009, they moved to Safeway Philtech Inc. as a Customer Service Support Manager, Interim Service Desk Operations Manager, and Senior Quality Analyst. In 2016, they worked for Bridge Southeast Asia as the Head of Client Success and for Globibo as a Service Delivery - Project Manager. Javi also worked as an ESL Instructor for Enderun Colleges in the same year. In 2020, they joined TaskUs as a Retail Support Advisor, and in 2021 they began working as a Success Manager for Go2.

Javi Joseph completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Multimedia Arts at De La Salle University College of Benilde from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from De La Salle Zobel from 1990 to 2001.
