Jimut Bhowmick

Jimut Bhowmick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as a TeamMate Advocate at Go2 since May 2021, Jimut plays a pivotal role in supporting over 700 remote staff by ensuring fair treatment and providing guidance through the company's reprofiling system. In addition to this role, Jimut concurrently holds the position of Director at XFB Exim since July 2022. Previously, Jimut was the AVP Operations at Smart Solution Pvt Ltd from December 2014 to May 2020, where strategic alignment and mentorship were provided for a diverse team of over 350 professionals, achieving significant revenue milestones. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager Customer Support at Utsav Fashion and Team Manager at Limtex Infotech Pvt Ltd, where outstanding performance in customer care and team leadership was demonstrated.
