Magic Christmas Judilla, CLSSYB has over 10 years of experience in customer service and operations management. In 2010, they began their career as a Technical Support Representative II at Stream Global Services, where they handled inquiries, performed troubleshooting and provided long-term resolution to existing customer issues. In 2012, they joined Convergys as a Team Leader and Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they moved to The Results Companies as an Operations Supervisor, where they trained, coached, measured and inspired a team of 15-18 agents. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at ALFA Business Outsourcing and TasksEveryDay as a Shift Manager, providing leadership and coaching to a team of Fraud Analysts, managing overall business revenue, developing and proposing a rewards system, and conducting huddles and meetings. Most recently, they have been an Onboarding Coordinator and Success Manager at Go2, serving as a partner to multiple clients, empowering their staff, and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.

Magic Christmas Judilla, CLSSYB obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of San Jose-Recoletos between 2005 and 2010. In November 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Elevate Six Sigma.
