Gauresh Naik

Gauresh Naik is a PhD student at Goa Institute of Management since June 2025. Previously, Gauresh held the position of Manager Sourcing at 3B-the fibreglass company from December 2023 to March 2025, where responsibilities included CAPEX procurement across various domains. A significant tenure as Supply Chain Manager at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited spanned from September 2018 to December 2023. Prior to that, Gauresh served as Associate Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, focusing on strategic sourcing and supply chain management. A role as Deputy Manager in planning and procurement at CG Power and Industrial Solutions lasted from March 2014 to August 2017, and earlier experience includes management in a commercial capacity at Meru Cab Company and an MBA from Goa Institute of Management. Gauresh began a career in materials coordination and procurement with Crompton Greaves Limited from July 2008 to July 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations and Finance from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Goa Engineering College.
