Soumen Manna

Soumen Manna currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Big Data Analytics at the Goa Institute of Management since August 2020. Prior to this role, Soumen held positions as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics & Statistics at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences for a brief period in 2020, and as a Sr. Data Scientist at the International School of Engineering (INSOFE) from February 2017 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate and Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from August 2010 to January 2017, where Soumen focused on designing choice experiments for marketing research and developed new techniques for various choice experiments. Soumen's career began as a Statistician at Cytel from July 2008 to June 2010. Academically, Soumen holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics & Informatics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2008.
