Chhaya Jain

Chhaya Jain has extensive experience as a Company Secretary in various organizations, including Goa Shipyard Limited, Seven Hills Hospitals Limited, and Godrej Upstream Limited. Chhaya specializes in drafting agreements, notices, and reports for shareholder and board meetings. Chhaya has a background in law and commerce, obtaining a LL.B. from VSSD College and a B.Com from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. Chhaya is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
