GOAL Academy
Jill Toussaint is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Learning and Engagement Officer at GOAL Academy since June 2016, where collaboration with a statewide academic team supports approximately 4,200 students. Previously, Jill held several significant roles, including Interim Senior Director of Student Achievement at Summit Education Group, leading educational initiatives and accreditation, and Principal at Rocky Mountain Digital Academy, focusing on mission alignment and strategic development. Jill's earlier positions include Director of Academic Advising and Associate Academic Officer at GOAL Academy, as well as Lead Early College Liaison and Secondary Science Teacher at Dolores Huerta Preparatory High School. Jill holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University Pueblo.
