Jessica Mendoza is an experienced professional in product ownership and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product Owner at GOAL SYSTEMS since March 2020, where responsibilities include defining product requirements and collaborating with development teams. Previously, Jessica held roles such as Senior QA Engineer and QA Team Leader at Panel Sistemas Informaticos, where leadership and quality assurance were key. With a strong background in QA consultancy across various companies, including BSD Enterprise and Synergy Global Business Panamá, Jessica has consistently focused on software and application testing, project management, and customer engagement. Educational achievements include certifications in Agile Project Management and UI/UX design, complemented by a degree in Computer Engineering from UCAB.
