Laura Falla Vesga

Laura Falla Vesga is currently the Head of HR-LATAM at GOAL SYSTEMS. Prior to their current position, Laura worked as a HR Business Partner at Cafam Oficial and as an Organizational Psychologist at LOS COBOS MEDICAL CENTER. Laura has a strong background in selection processes, having held roles such as Jefe de Selección Nacional at Clínica Medilaser S.A.S. and Psicóloga de Selección Nacional at Clinica Medilaser. Laura has also worked in HR roles at Single Consulting and INCAUCA S.A. Laura has pursued further education in labor law, organizational development, talent management, and psychology of work and organizations from various prestigious universities in Colombia and Spain.
