Rachel Fairchild

Rachel Fairchild has worked in the education sector since 2015. Rachel began their career as a 3rd Grade Math and Science Teacher in Katy Independent School District. In 2020, they moved to College Station Independent School District, where they served as a 5th Grade Math Teacher. Since 2018, they have also been providing Professional Development sessions over best practices, classroom engagement, how to teach different skills, and relationship building to educators on the campus, district, state, and national level. Rachel also runs the Instagram page, @chalk. and. In 2022, they will join Goalbook as a District Partnerships, LDE.

Rachel Fairchild attended Florida College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Rachel then attended LeTourneau University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Education.
