Todd Richardson has worked in the education field since 2010. Todd began their career at Harlem Village Academies as a Special Education Coordinator, then moved up to Director of Special Education. In 2014, they took a consulting role at the same school while pursuing graduate work in organizational psychology. At the same time, they began working as a consultant with the New York City Charter School Center's Special Education Collaborative. In 2016, they became the Principal at Harlem Village Academies, where they managed a team of 35 educators and school leaders. In 2017, they joined Goalbook as the Partnership Success Team Lead, where they lead a growing team in empowering educators to transform instruction.
Todd Richardson received a Bachelor's Degree in History from Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2008. Todd then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Education from The City College of New York from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, they completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
